I went there with my husband for dinner. Initially they were confused where to place us as a private party was going on. Later on my husband requested them to shift us to a private place which they did. About the food, we ordered Sweet Garlic Chicken which was bland. We even shared that review with our host, Barsha Adhikari. It didn't have any taste of garlic at all. It was just sweet but there wasn't enough salt added to this dish. We ordered Chilli fish which was really good along with the Chicken Hakka noodles, which was okay. The quantity was sufficient but the noodles were neither thick nor long, as it should be. The chicken noodles had little pieces of chicken and the amount of chicken was less. We ordered a mocktail and the chef's special dessert, Coconut kheer, as per Ms. Barsha's suggestion (I'm so sorry I forgot the name of the mocktail). Both were yummy. I liked the way she suggested and hosted us. Overall the ambience was okayish. Could have been better.
I have tried some dishes.These are Tandoori roti,Butter Chicken Masala,Mix Hakka Noodles and Chicken Biryani.I am sharing my experience based on what I've tried. Tandoori Roti: unpleasant and difficult to swallow. Butter chicken Masala: Neither tasteful nor unsavory. (Nominal dish but exorbitant price) Mix Hakka Noodles : prawns in noodles were somewhat bad. Lack of minced meat was unconcealed. Biriyani: Not so good. Expensive but not excellent. Ambience: I have not seen any four Star quality service. Placemats on the table were not good.Air conditioners were not working properly. They need to improve and apprize consumers' offerings.
One of the best hotel and restaurant in bongaon. Inside the restaurant is so good. You can enjoy a beautiful time with your family and friends. Ambiance of restaurant is just excellent. The seating capacity is so much that you can arrange a small party here. You must book the place before any occasion. Staffs are very good. Food's quality is very very good. Price are reasonable perspective to the ambiance.
Extremly disappointed 🙄🙄 How it could be a 5star wala restaurant in town like bangaon।🙄🙄 Highly recommended not to order their "Bhatki tawa fry" price is about 575/- for 5 pcs but surprisingly they provide Katla (কাতলা) fish inside the coating instead of Bhetki, at least they could give basha fish too 🙄🙄🙄🙄 । If bhetki is not available they must mention that it is not available we may order some different dish 🙄🙄🙄 । Its not acceptable। How ever we have also ordered from their tandoori section but tandoor was not properly marinated,it was dry ar hard , inside the cicken it was tasteless। If you wish to see more details riview then check out our youtube @Bongtwist #bongtwist। My friend has lost 4000/- on such resturant 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 street food shop are much better than this
One of the worst hotel in west bengal 1. Quality of food is too bad 2. Price is too high . You can avail same food in street in low range 3. Serving person behaviour is also rude un necessarily they behave rude. Overall 1*
The restaurant has a nice, cozy atmosphere and the food is pretty good. It used to be reasonably priced, but lately, the prices have gone up and don't seem to match the quality or ambiance anymore. Still, a decent spot if you don't mind spending a bit more. ChatG
I really love the location of the hotel as it is so easy to find. It has a gym and restaurant which is very classy and sophisticated. The staff behavior was really good and I loved the food. Costs were a little bit higher than average restaurants but it was expected. Overall it was a good experience.
This is a very nice restaurant, here you can take your loved ones as well as family, there is a gym under this restaurant, and there is a swimming pool at the back, here you can spend some good time, very nice restaurant, one such restaurant in Bangaon. It was necessary that Bangaon Municipality gifted us in 2021
Honestly lovely hotel, lovely staff, lovely ambience. Rather lovely ambience. From food to room to everything I don't think you can find better hotel in bongaon. That too king room for just 3300!! Kudos to the owner and entire team.
Good quality of food and service.
This restaurant is decorated very well. But the quality of food is not good, very average. And the behaviour of attendant is bad. We ordered chicken tikka, but they gave fish tikka. And the quality of fish tikka also not good. If you want to capture some good photo and upload it on social network, then you can go here. But if you want to taste some delicious food, this restaurant is not your cup of tea. Fully disappointed. And strongly unrecommended.
Service : 5/5 Polite staff, prompt Ambience : 5/5 Food: Not all the dishes are good. But few of them are quite unique. Food presentation is top notch. Dilkhush kebab was amazing. A MUST TRY!! Masala kulcha was awesome as well Fried rice was average Shanghai chicken was different and had a unique taste. Would try the Indian main course next time😊😋
In bongaon, If you want to spend quality time or eat quality food then you have to choose this restaurant. Price of food is little bit high but ambience is too good. Here you get a admirable hospitality from all staffs.
The one and only premium restaurant in Bongaon. Neat and clean. Best restaurant for friends and family. Different types of dishes are offered here. Not all the dishes are great but some are awesome. Price is quite high compared to quantity. It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. In conclusion Poolside Inn is highly recommended. 👍👍👍
The location and ambiance is really good. But the foods are overpriced and the taste is also not upto the mark. The kebabs in the starters are only good thing I have found in the menu. Main course is average in taste.
I visted this place this month only. The ambience and the decor is really very good. Friendly staff. Bit slow service. We ordered chicken lolipops , it tasted very yummy. Then , chicken masala , sizes were very small according to pricing but tasted good. Then we ordered butter nuns , average. A plate of salads , IT WAS SERVED AT REALLY VERY LATE TIME , WE WERE ALMOST DONE WITH OUR MEAL . DISAPPOINTED.And mocktails , blue lagoon, awesome one.
Best restaurant in Bongaon area. We friends visited the place for a bachelor party. Some points observed during this period are as follows... *Little bit expensive but its affordable. *Food quality is good not the best. *Friendly staff. *You can celebrate any birthday party or anniversary anything here with your group. *Decoration charges is too high in comparison with quality. *Arrangement of music system is there for soft music but songs are much more repetitive, one can not customize according to their choices.Only three four hindi songs are being played here.I approach them to change the collection of the songs in Bengali music but they denied the matter by saying its impossible. Its my suggestion to the owner to look after this matter specially. *They do not serve normal free drinking water.They only serve chargeable mineral water.This is not expected as at least there must he free drinking water facility. *Four wheeler or two wheeler parking facilities are there. I request the owner to take care of all these points for a better future of this resturent. Tbank you.
I like the ambience, the service, the decoration, the way of plating and the garnishing of the food and the behavior of the stuffs a lot. The hotel manager was amicable. The choice of symphonies are on point. A very classy restaurant. A bit expensive though in comparison to the other restaurants of Bongaon but the food worths every penny of it. I would recommend not to order chicken dopeyanja. That's the only dish I did not like. Dam biriyani( chicken and mutton) is a highly recommend one, a must try and then the amritsari kulcha, it was heavenly indeed. We have also ordered hariyaali mutton biriyani, u can also try it if you want to try something new. It's not at all like the conventional biriyani. Thank you.

Quantity, Quantity & Food taste of this restaurant is worst. In one word waste of money. Their is no professional staffs from cash to service.They don't have any knowledge of food cost,menu planning & price of the food. Overall worst experience. Very Sad 👎 …
This place is just opposite to Bangaon Thana. Posh interior and decor . Can accommodate alot of people,also they take bookings for private parties . Prices are pretty reasonable . I was satisfied with the taste and quality. Quantity server is sufficient. I ordered Hyderabadi chicken Biryani ,Schezwan Noodles and Achaari kebab.
Honest Review,As per cleanliness, ambience,staff behaviour and services are top notch.Now let's talk about the foods,it's quite good.but don't expect top notch tasty food. Suggestion must try Hyderabadi biriyani, soups,kababs..else as per your requirements... Edited- You can try most of dishes,all are quite good.
Food quality is very bad during this durga puja(2021). They are forcing to order at a time. They are not taking order if you think some food is required later. Fully unprofessional behaviour. I have also visted before puja. But during puja they are providing less quantity. Their menu card is also changed. Staff are thinking they are offering free food to us. Their behaviour is like this. Staffs behaviour is like local street restraurant wearing a uniform. Disappointed.
It's a ok ok kind of restaurant the food quality is average ,price range is normal like other restaurant but in bongaon these types of restaurant was never before ,the ambience is good and sitting arrangement also huge,In bongaon it's the best place for dine in but u can't accept food quality like a pro(existing branded) resturant. Please don't ordered kabab from here is really a disaster ,but the chicken lolipop is really good.

The best hotel in Bongaon. Behavior and excell9 service from the staff. Mr Palash Paul has always been very helpful. The property has a very nice restaurant serving multi cuisine. There is a pool and a gym, though not part of the hotel, in the premises. The only minus point is the problem with water pressure in the washrooms.
Worst experience ever. Quality of food is worst. The staff's behaviour is so rude and unprofessional. Ordered something and served something else. Unacceptable arrogance. If possible, avoid the place.

Its a well decorated well maintained place at Bongaon..Top 1 atmosphere and food also good and tasty..staff behaviour very polite.price also pretty good..you can enjoy a quality time here.
