Very nice and comfortable rooms were provided even though we book through online. The rooms are clean and all amenities described where provided. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Highly recommend this area. Safe for families and children
I have visited Jaipur for 2 days where I stayed in the golden heritage hotel, I am very impressed with their services and the cleanliness with their hotel and rooms. This hotel golden is one of the best hotel i have ever visit best and clean food i have every tried i love the quality and the quality of this food very neat and clean mainted i personally prefer you to visit this with your family and frds loved it ❤️
An absolute disgrace. Our room had mould on pillows, looked like a construction site and about 40 minutes after checking in we found 2 cockroaches on our bed. I told the manager who said he would "arrange a new room". He had the cheek to bring to a room we were previously shown (clearly had no been cleaned) and then he refused to refund the money we paid. The service is absolute awful, too. I went down after checking in and asked for two towels. Both men told me to wait 2 minutes and they continued to have a conversation in front of me clearly ignoring my request. 20 minutes later 1 towel arrived, I had asked for 2 and a bed sheet. It's a miracle they have good reviews, it is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life.
I visited this hotel yesterday, we came from Maharashtra district, the hotel is nearest to the jaipur railway station, the rooms are neat and clean, washroom are clean and 24hrs water service and wifi is provided, in fact the receptionist of the hotel is also helpful, the surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and silent, stay is safe especially for ladies...
Recently, we stayed at Golden Heritage Hotel in Jaipur, and our experience was quite average. Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near Jaipur Railway Station, making it easy to find and access. The staff was cooperative. Cons: The room was small, lacked windows. Few cockroaches were present. The air conditioning was not working, making the stay uncomfortable. Despite multiple requests, we were not provided with drinking water. The door lock was half way broken and didn’t work properly, which was a security concern. The food was overpriced. The receptionist seemed disinterested in assisting guests and appeared more focused on money than hospitality.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed. The front office staffs and service were terrible. Worst behaviour towards female and no respect. We have booked 2 rooms in online including breakfast and we didn't even get the breakfast. We have already mentioned to the front officer that we need rooms for 24 hours and he agreed to that in the first place. But next morning they asked us to vacate the room and more money. They even called a police officer whose one of their friend and made the situation worst. The police officer had no idea what's happening there and he was continuously asking we had any relatives in jaipur police department because he was there without the knowledge of his station and he didn't want this issue to go outside. And the bathrooms and rooms were not clean at all.
The service is poor. They have some connections with the auto drivers at the Jaipur railway station, due to which the auto drivers will bring you to this hotel. They charge a very high price of around 8000 for 3 days.

Receptionist durga singh was really helpfull toward's us because we asked for services and he helped us without any hesitation.
Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the hotel. Food is also good and hotel staff was very polite. Good family hotel.
The staff was friendly and always helpful, the location is great. Unfortunately I can't say it was a good experience. The cleanliness is poor. Many rooms have no windows (in India it is a common thing). The walls, ceilings and doors are made of cardboard, you can hear everything, during the day it is fine but also at night at all hours there is music and voices and the management seems to be fine with that. Basically it is a hotel where you sleep badly, so as a hotel it is poor. I would add that the breakfast is a bit sad.
The interior of the room is the worst that I have ever seen, even if it's a super-deluxe room. I had a bad experience. The bathroom tap was broken suddenly, and the flush also wasn't working.

My experience with the hotel is great they are very supportive and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. You can try food from their menu as well. Almost all location are very close from the Hotel. RECOMMENDED 👍

Horrible Hotel & staff. Its a warehouse of cockroaches, and all broken furniture. AC’s not working they said its yet to be serviced and the person is on the way. Rooms are very small & stinky. TV is only to occupy the space & not functional. Don’t go by pictures on google. Worst place to stay.
