Myself and my friend booked 2 rooms here for 5 nights and had the best stay ever. The lovely Sam took very good care of us and we couldn't have asked for more. Very comfortable rooms, magnificent breakfast and everything we could possibly need at very affordable prices. Perfect location also. Will definitely be coming back. Would highly recommend 👌 😊

Stayed last week and we can’t fault it , the hosts were great and the hotel has improved so much since the change of ownership. Room was spotless and the whole hotel smelt and looked fresh and clean . Breakfast was great and kept me going until tea time . There was no rubbish in the next door garden even though thats nothing to do with the new Berkswell . The hotel was ran to a high standard . It was a home from home experience and the hosts couldn’t have done anymore for us . Massive improvement and would recommend to anyone , in fact we have booked again for later this year and our friends want to join us . Huge thank you to the new Berkswell for making our stay wonderful and for making us feel so special and welcome .
Rooms so clean and tidy, lovely welcome from new hosts! have visited and stayed before and I'm very happy with the change in standards since my first stay! perfect location! great breakfast! lovely family bar, enjoyed every second, very much a home away from home!
Went to this hotel on 26 9 25 we booked bed and breakfast only to find out on the second day the landlady said her cooker had tripped we was the only guests there i think she didn't want to cook and the 3rd day I was expecting it again no breakfast when I said to her can I have a refund she said yes and would be paid the day after no such thing i rang she said would pay Wednesday again no payment she said Friday again no payment been ringing she avoided my calls also the first day me and my partner had to have a cold shower has she would no put the hot water on.also we had no t.v has it kept saying no signal i strongly recommend dont stay here
Shambles ! The new management hopeless told us a price wanted money instantly cash only then asked for double money said they had made mistake on price which we asked before we arrived! last morning four of us sat waiting for breakfast no sign of Danni rang bell knocked door did not answer ! Then suddenly appeared apologised said had migraine so no breakfast I think she was hoping for us to leave before she showed up had to go to Wetherspoons for breakfast ! The previous owners Phil and Teresa were great and looked after you but sadly retired DONOT STAY HERE !!!!!

We spent the weekend here and it was hands down the best place we have stayed in Blackpool ever. The prices were brilliant and the hosts were so inviting and accommodating. We have children with big age ranges and the place accommodated for families so brilliantly. The rooms are clean and welcoming and the family Room is amazing for us with 3 children, 1 a baby. We had the choice of a cot or a bed for him as well As a monitor to hand, a bottle warmer and even a stroller should we have needed it. The breakfast was beautiful, so much choice and again my oldest child was accommodated too (fussy eater). Cannot thank Phillip and Theresa enough for a wonderful weekend. Will be booking for next year when we know school dates. Thank you both for a wonderful weekend and thank you for making our break away so much easier by accommodating families so brilliantly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We visited with our 2 children, aged 7 and 8. Excellent location with the lovely sandy beach, best pier, great theme park and water park all on your doorstep. The lady was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, so helpful and welcoming. Will definitely return. Thank you!!
We visited the Berkswell for my birthday weekend with the kids. We had pre booked the pleasure beach and the water park and were lucky enough to have both attractions on the doorstep of the hotel. Fantastic location, spotless rooms. Lovely breakfast in the morning with so much choice. Amazing hosts, such a lovely couple. Could not be any more accommodating. We all absolutely loved our weekend away. 100% would recommend to any family to stay here. Very reasonably priced for what you get here. We will be visiting again. very poor,I had booked my room in March,but changed it when I got there,they gave an excuse that was a lie,I had to stay in another room overlooking a dump,breakfast was very poor,they don't have a clue how to run the b+b and don't seem to care about anything
Honestly say it's a fantastic place . The owners cannot do enough to make sure your stay is perfect. The rooms are brilliant everything you need to relax after a hard day walking . The breakfast was gorgeous yet again the staff and owners couldn't do enough to make sure it was perfect. 2 mins walk from the pleasure Beach, even closer to the water park . I have now visited these apartments numerous times and cant fault them. Denise is the perfect host and is like one of the family. Look forward to visiting her every year. Apartments are spotless spacious and right next to the promenade.
Great b&b with fantastic hosts as nothing was too much trouble for them and very helpful. Breakfast was definitely A1 as every aspect was covered and very plentiful and cooked to perfection 🙂. Made some good friends along the way and will definitely be staying again in the future

A lovely hotel so glad we had the pleasure of staying here again. The owners are great and always at hand to offer their assistance. They do a cracking breakfast well worth getting out of bed for : ) I would just like to add an extra thank you for your help when my car decided it didn't want to start on the morning of our departure.
Great few days at the Berkswell apartments in Blackpool. Denise the owner made us fell extremely welcome when we arrived and I would recommend to anyone. Very clean well managed place and the location was excellent. We will definitely be back next year
Great location, pleasant stay, lovely breakfast,tea, toast,cereal,juice and full english (alternatives offered too!) Rooms well equipped. Nice staff. Unfortunately we parked across the road when we checked out and received a parking ticket unaware you required a permit😪 put a damper on it
One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in Blackpool. Was made to feel extremely welcome and nothing was to much trouble. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short but would highly recommend The Berkwell to anyone. Many thanks.

The Berkswell is a quaint hotel in a great location for the South pier of Blackpool. it is run by a lovely couple. Reasonably priced, clean and with excellent customer service, they really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and provided for. Many thanks both. Matt
