For the first time in all eight years of business trips, I am writing a bad review, but I have never seen a more terrible attitude towards visitors. It started with the fact that when I booked the hotel, I was told the price was 110 euros, and when I arrived, they already said 160 euros. The rooms are dirty and in terrible condition. It is very noisy, the hotel is above the road and the windows are not soundproofed. It's cold in the hotel. The only thing that is not bad is the breakfast. I do not recommend the hotel at all.
This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is clean, modern and comfortable. Starting with a warm Bavarian welcome at the reception, check-in was quick and easy, especially if you complete the online check-in prior to to arrival. The room was spacious, modern and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, the desk and chairs were a nice touch and the bathroom had really nice amenities. The AC worked well and windows were soundproofed as I did not hear any traffic outside even though the main road was on my side of the hotel. The breakfast was also fantastic. The variety of eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, fruit, breads, pastries, and more was amazing. Besides coffee specialties and tee, you could make freshly pressed orange juice. Last but definitely not least, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone from the reception, breakfast room and bar were friendly and very polite. You were made to feel as if you were at home. One last bonus is the parking garage option. I do not have a single complaint to report.

Great! Would recommend a stay here. Friendly staff, good food, decent prices and clean, comfortable, stylish rooms. We had a room on the first floor roadside and no problem with traffic noise. Beds were nice and comfortable with soft duvets and pillows. Enjoyed the breakfast too!
I cannot speak of the hotel, but the restaurant is extraordinarily good. The price is quite normal for a German restaurant, but the quality is definitely. above average. I came here two times yet, and both times very satisfied with the food. Will probably come again. Service was also very friendly and attentive to the needs.

It was a nice experience despite difficulties to speak english in this place. Rooms vers small but ok globally. We have been welcome back very late for breakfast and food was basic but good. Services despite no real english language were good and helpfull
This hotel is clean but modest, used by business trade and visiting fair-goers. The rooms are not large and there is no point in the "deluxe doubles: that only gives you a bigger screen and a tea service, available in the restaurant. The staff is helpful but not so much the management; when I asked to extend my stay by a day, they tacked on 20%. Restaurant has a decent breakfast but other meals are perhaps best eaten elsewhere is regular menu is overpriced.
Good food.. menu changed a bit. Grilled Chicken which they are famous for, seems to have come down in demand, or they are endorsing other foods compared to their previous Hendl menus, Or their lunch menu seems to be simplified.
My first booking was in guesthouse. The guesthouse doesn't have the standard of the hotel, yet you pay the full price for it! I would not recommend it. After escalation to hotel manger I was able to reallocate to main building with standard as promoted in website...
This rating is only for the restaurant. Price for half a chicken with french fries, schwabian egg noodles with a lettuce salad, approx. €10.00+/dish. My noodles were greasy and weren't fluffy as they should've been. Also, there wasn't enough cheese nor crispy onions which make schwabian noodles so delicious. The chicken was not freshly made, resulting in dried meat. Unfortunately, the half portion of the chicken just was not fleshy enough. A positive point, the dining area is quite nicely decorated.
I had a very pleasant stay at the Haunstetter Hof during a week-long business trip to Augsburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room I stayed in was neat and cleaned on a daily basis. As I've been busy for the entirety of the trip I especially enjoyed the comfy bed. Apart from that good WiFi signal all over the place. Other people already mentioned it: the underground car park is quite narrow. There's usually enough parking space in the surrounding residential area though. The restaurant on the ground floor is reasonably priced and offers hearty, regional food. Overall a recommendable hotel.
We were given the wrong address on our confirmation via the phone as 1 Landsberger Strasse not 48. When we told the receptionist she was not interested and told us we were wrong despite showing her the confirmation on the phone numerous …
The staff is really nice and the food is good while being affordable. However, construction work was still not finished at the time of our journey, which made quite some noise during the day and evening.

The hotel manager is not trustworthy. Various problems encountered (room dirty upon arrival, corridors with garbage cans and dirty plates, overpriced breakfast...). And all is fault of customer...
Newly renovated beautiful room, very clean. Breakfast very good. Location is perfect to be reachable by car.
