Great Stay in the Heart of Sarandë We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located right in the center of Sarandë—just a short walk from everything you might need. It’s also a great base for accessing many local excursions and tours. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety each morning. One thing that really stood out was the accommodating staff. On our last day, we had to leave early to catch the ferry, and they kindly prepared a quick breakfast for us before we left—such a thoughtful gesture! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel does not have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor, which could be challenging for some. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for those looking to explore Sarandë.

The location is also excellent – close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet in a quiet area that allows for a good night’s sleep. What truly sets this hotel apart is the owner. He is incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, helped us arrange transportation, and was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. His hospitality made us feel at home and really enhanced our overall experience in Saranda. I would highly recommend Saranda Star Hotel to anyone visiting the area – whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or solo. The combination of comfort, location, and outstanding service makes it a perfect choice.

Extraordinary hotel, especially for the price range. Center of Saranda, the host was the most welcoming and hospitable I've ever met. Very clean, and great service and breakfast. Would definitely come here again when I'm in Saranda.
Service was excellent, both during check-in/out or at breakfast. Rooms were new and clean. Air conditioning was also great with night mode that is highly appreciated. It is very well-located. Breakfast is ok, they can also make an omelette for you.
Just finished two weeks tenure at this hotel. Overall very satisfied. Hotel is located near the city center and public beaches. Venue is monitored with security cameras. Very short walk to inter city bus stops or port. Grocery shop with good prices nearby. Room was super clean and new. Owners are involved and caring people (this is the main differentiator and biggest value in my opinion). Breakfast food was tasty. Did not experience problems mentioned in other comments such as weak wifi or lack of hot water in the morning.
