I stayed one week in the hotel. Nice rooms and apartments, except for the floor needs little attention. The service is excellent! The owner is kind, loving, friendly, and awesome. Her son is kind too. Without exaggeration, the whole family is respectful and caring. You should also try the burgers 🍔at their restaurant, so delicious. I recommend visiting this hotel. Totally woful, pictures look great but it's dated and left in terrible condition. Water pressure in the shower was a joke. Toilet/bidet shower didn't even work. Some lights weren't working, they didn't bother replacing them even when I reported it. Balcony door doesn't look...the list goes on Zero for hygiene and cleanliness Kitchen is there but nothing to use, not even a cup. Just a teapot with what looked like tea made last week left there. Can't really be sure if they even clean everything between bookings, everything smelt bad Oh..and WiFi was unusable.
Very clean and new hotel. Breakfast not wow but ok. Nice view from the room. The location almost 45 to 60 minutes from the attractive and tourist area in Istanbul. So if the purpose of visit to discover Istanbul better to choose a hotel close to taksim. The area has many nice coffee shops and restaurants direct on sea of marmara
Great customer service. Staff and owners are very friendly. They do anything to satisfy the guests. Rooms are clean, building is new. Hotel is very close to the lake and to all the great restaurants. I stayed 3 nights here with my wife and we both enjoyed our stay here.
Firstly the bed was extremely squeaky, would make the loudest sound by the slightest move. 2ndly, during our first night stay, the hot water wasn't working and was promised that it would be working the next day in the afternoon, so we went ahead and paid for the 2nd night and still no hot water. 3rdly, the rooms smell awful 4thly, AC not working All in all. Avoid, the staff is pretty much careless and useless except one lovely guy.
If you are staying only a night then it’s a good place to be. The place does not have any Wi-Fi or internet. The beds make a lot of noise and they only had one AC in the hallway. The rooms had no AC so it was a bit difficult to have a peaceful sleep at night.
The worst hotel !!!!!! There is nothing to do with the pictures. I upload the reception which looked like during renovations. Never book this hotel, it is awful place. The sheets smelled of dirty and not washed at all, there was not hot water, only cold
Need more cleaning. Guests have to be informed that they shouldn't be loud in the balcony while the others are resting. And they shoudl drink their alcohol in their room. Wifi have to be fixed.

They have two branches as I discovered later the boutique branch which it luxury with all thing perfect and another branch which is a budget hotel it is good and clean but without any services not even an elvaelevor or breakfast or refrigerator and they didn't even list it on Google maps I really had a hard time to find the correct branch. All reviews and pictures for the boutique branch not the second branch . all discounts on the sites for the second branch not the boutique hotel be aware

The hotel is quiet and great and luxurious like American style and private you should help yourself somebody didn't like this, the furniture is luxurious and the rooms are spacious and comfortable I would recommend it for all.

Ordinary hotel no cutlaries in the kitchen. Clean and warm. Price is not bad
