The rooms are quite good and clean,swimming pool is well-maintained, The best part is the location just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient. Although the staff isn’t very professional, the overall environment is safe and suitable for families. A great place for a calm and budget-friendly stay near the beach.
What a beautiful place and what nice people... If you are looking for a place with welcoming host and individual air conditioned cottages don't look around and waste your time you come here. I am unable to post pictures as most that I have me in them so, but it's a good property and even better hosts. Thank you TP's dad and uncle.
This resort is so nice specially the pool. The food available was awesome.Rooms were clean and tidy.And it is also closer to beach.It is best place having fun with your family.
We had 3 days 3 night stay at to beach resort. Its a great place to stay with friends and family , neat and clean rooms with very luxury bathrooms. Swimming pool is maintained well. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Great ambience and refreshing atmosphere at tp beach resort. Its very near to the arambol beach, 5 min walk maximum. Its very near to the street market to , where we can walk and shop comfortably in local street market. Plenty of parking space available. To beach resort has a good restaurant within inside, here you get good breakfast drinks and many other dishes . Restaurant has good comfy seating and the rates are reasonable. Tea and coffee is best. Veg grilled sandwich is the best.
One of the Best resort at Arambol beach. Stayed here for 2 days and i like the hospitality, rooms, clean swimming pool, polite behaviour of staff. Definitely recommend the resort to every one.
CAUTION: very slippery and uneven floors. A Very slippery and dangerous swimming pool as well as toilets. My husband slipped and broke his arm into 2 pcs and had to go through emergency surgery. Had it been the US or any western country, the resort would've been sued by now. There are no railing or grouting. The floors are ultra smooth (i think they are stickered tiles) and wet. Even the path in between rooms in uneven and dangerous. While the staff was very quick to help, they did not offer any immediate first aid. We had to rush the patient to a hospital which was more than 30mins away in a critical condition. The room too was so dimly lit, we could hardly see anything. The toilets were slippery and dirty as well. So be cautious of the wet slippery and uneven flooring while choosing this resort.

Stayed there for a day, stay was good. There pool is very clean and the owner was very jolly and humble. Beach access is just 2 min walk.

I would love to stay here. Near the beach. Only you have to go outside for your favourite food. They have only a few dishes.

Rating this property as 5 Rooms - well maintained cottages in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, rooms are of descent size and comfortable for double occupancy. Location- its about 2 min walk to beach Restaurant- serves delicious food, mostly had al my meals at their restaurant Good option for long term stay Special shout out to Rubin who runs this place and ensures guests requests are addressed well and goes extra mile to make visitors stay comfortable and happy The remaining staff is well mannered and soft spoken
Good decent hotel rooms for the price. Rooms are basic with minimum necessities. Could be maintained better. Pool was good and maintained well. Food service was very good. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was close to the beach as well. Just a couple of minutes walk. Shacks are close to the resort too.
The best part of this property is the location and proximity to the beach. Market is nearby as well. The road leading to the property is narrow, so was a difficult to locate for us for the first time. Property has a restaurant and offers good food. Swimming pool is also of decent size and you can chill there in the timings mentioned. Car parking is available as well. Decent size rooms with split AC. You won’t get tea/coffee sachets in room so carry your own if you require them. The linens and blankets provided could have been better cleaned. Apart from that everything is good. Owner is a good man so book directly through owner. Do not book through agents as it will be a big headache. Overall good property! 👍
It was a very pleasant stay ,I stayed for 3 days with my family . Resort owners ,manager ,staff all were polite and helpful. Food was great and too was the ambience.It location is just 50m to the beach and that’s very helpful.

Rooms are individual cottages with reasonable facilities. Car parking is there for 5-6 cars maximum. Approach to the hotel is a small by lane. Though it's called a resort, it's just a hotel with only a swimming pool. Nothing bad or nothing so great about it. Location is very near to beach. That's the main attraction. Approach to the rooms can also get very slippery in the season. Be mindful of it.
Had a fantastic 3-day stay at TP Beach Resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Highly recommend!

5 star bar they built. A great warm service. The owner is very nice and kind, giving us some high quality drinks for a great price! You could also put your own music sometimes
This is 3 minutes away from the beach and has a superb pool along with a kiddies pool. The cottages are superb with comfortable beds. Breakfast is not included in the tarriff, and has to be ordered separately. Food is a bit expensive. The manager is super friendly and will help out for everything.

Great place to stay at near to the beach!! This was the second time we stayed at this resort with a group size of around 16 ppl. We celebrated bachelors at this resort with a heavy decoration and stuff, spent ample amount of time in pool playing games, almost had all of their food options, overall we had a good time staying at this place for 3 nights. Host, manager and their staff was very polite giving us suggestions where to eat food, etc. Overall thanks to Rubin and his staff for taking care of us at every min. And this place is just 1-2min walk away from beach.

Beautiful resort in a vibrant neighbourhood! The staff are very helpful and nice, and the service is great including the food :) We stayed there for around 2 weeks and the stay was perfect! We escaped the Delhi cold and arambol and TP beach resort provided the perfect respite. We had to extend our stay and our request was accommodated nicely:) Each and every staff member was great - courteous and helpful. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and have no doubt we will be back! The place is 2 min from the beach and has a swimming pool. The rooms are clean and cute! We have nothing but WONDERFUL memories, and extend our best wishes that the place continues to develop and grow! In short, PERFECT!
While the location of the resort was convenient and close to the beach, the actual room size was significantly smaller than what was advertised in the photos. The wide-angle photography used in the images gave a misleading impression of the space. Due to the cramped conditions, we decided not to check in. Unfortunately, the resort coordinator, Vaibhav, was unhelpful and rude, refusing to provide a refund for our booking. He even insisted on additional charges if we were to stay for even one night.

We had a comfortable stay at this property, and it truly offers the fastest WiFi around the beach—I easily clocked 100 Mbps, which was a pleasant surprise! While staying beachfront in Arambol might sound appealing, it’s not as great in reality. The area tends to be noisy until 11 PM, and most beachfront properties lack good views and are in dire need of renovations. This place, however, is ideally located just a few steps from the beach. Taxi services, motorbike rentals, and a general store are all conveniently within walking distance. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but the exceptional service made us extend our stay to three days. If you’re planning to stay in Arambol, I highly recommend this property!

He went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience, offering personalized service and making sure all our needs were met. Prasad, the manager, was also incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The staff, particularly Anand, was supportive and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The resort itself is well-maintained, with a clean and inviting pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day out. All the amenities we could ask for were available, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable vacation. One of the highlights of TP Resort is its prime location. The property is just 30 meters from the beautiful Arambol Beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers like us. We have been visiting Goa every year with our friends, and this time, TP Resort made our trip even more memorable. For anyone planning to visit Goa, I highly recommend Ruben's TP Resort. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Goa, and I’ll be sure to refer it to others as well!
