We stayed in their family room, room was spacious and big.||The staff are very courteous and helpful.||The food is good.||Location is very convenient - walking distance to Bikanerwala, Hanuman Mandir (108 Feet Jhandelwalan Hanuman Mandir), …
Very Much Dissatisfied with the service. I made the booking for 2 days and when I called the reception for confirmation they told me call next day as it was night already. When I called next day they were impatient to hear my queries and ask for details from me. When I pointed out their unprofessionalism they started blaming me in return rather than talking politely. And when I checked in the pictures shown in online is entirely different than reality. The services was pathetic and I checked out within one day and moved out. I will never ever recommend this.
Hotel Dakha is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are neat and spacious, and the staff makes you feel at home. The hotel is close to a lot of shopping markets, so it’s very convenient. The food was tasty and fresh, which made my stay even better. It’s a good choice for anyone visiting Karol Bagh,,
The rooms were well-maintained and had a relaxing vibe. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, The food options were great for everyone. The location felt safe and was close to metro station, They provided me with everything I needed, including toiletries and a late checkout!

If you need a comfortable and clean place near the karol bagh, I recommend this hotel. My room was clean, with nice, fresh bedsheets and blanket. There was plenty of hot water, which was a relief after a long day of travel. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient and they quick to assist me with check-in.
Be careful when booking this hotel. We arrived at 2am off a late flight (I had emailed the hotel before arrival to confirm 24hr check in) and when we got to the hotel the doors were locked with a padlock and the place was dark. Luckily we were able to check into a nearby hotel with availability but that is a stressful situation to be in. No communication at all from the hotel. When we went back the next day to find out what happened and to cancel our booking the staff could not have cared less and pretty much just shrugged. Potentially dangerous situation to put tourists in. The majority of the good reviews are fake/bought I would guess. Be careful.
Good staff and an awesome experience with hotel dakha international staff and team. So polite and helpful staff ready to answer any questions and services. It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality
I was looking for something affordable yet clean, and this hotel met my expectations. The room was simple but neat, with clean towels and linens. The location was convenient—near the metro, so getting around Delhi was easy. Staff was polite, and the hotel was well-maintained.
This hotel is perfect for a short stay. It’s so close to karol bagh metro station, and the staff was kind, The room was clean, and the blanket was warm. I also enjoyed a nice hot shower, the price was reasonable and great for travellers, I enjoyed my stay here
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dakha International. The staff were friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast options were tasty, I felt relaxed during my stay
Room unclean and had black mould. Towels stained. Air conditioner very loud. Bed was comfortable but not very clean. Hot water heater worked but could only use tap, not shower head. Staff were quick to help when the electricity stopped working. Cheap but would recommend staying elsewhere.
I had previously stayed at Hotel Dakha International in 2021, and I had a great experience back then. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, which is why I decided to book again. However, this time my experience turned out to be highly disappointing. I booked a prepaid stay through Yatra for check-in on 25/11/2024 and check-out on 26/11/2024. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were “water issues” and that the hotel was fully booked. Instead of accommodating me as promised, I was redirected to another property nearby, Hotel South Indian Heritage, which was nothing short of a nightmare. The room at South Indian Heritage was extremely unhygienic—dust, dirt, and stains were everywhere. The blanket, pillow, and other amenities like the remote, cupboard, and switches were unusable due to the filth. The washroom was in a terrible state with stains on the floor, commode, and toilet area. It was so bad that I couldn’t even use the washroom and had to go to a different hotel just for basic necessities. It’s shocking that a hotel like Dakha International, which once provided such a great experience, would partner with a property that doesn’t meet even basic hygiene standards. This has completely ruined my trust in your services. I urge you to thoroughly review the standards of the hotels you partner with and avoid associating with properties like South Indian Heritage in the future. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously to maintain the reputation you once had.
The rooms and services are great in this hotel. The behaviour and helpfulness of the staff will make your stay very comfortable. The food is also good but little bit on the expensive side. Only not so good part is it’s location. Though it’s in Karol Bagh, but the sorrounding area is a Bike and auto parts market. So you will have a hard time to find any restaurant and other convenient shop nearby. But to commute to the main parts of the city is very easy from this hotel.
old hotel in karolbag New Delhi, good location, courteous staff, clean and neat rooms,
Hotel is good staff is not respected
The worst hotel you can ever think off, dont believe the 5 star ratings on google all the reviews are paid, (the hotel management posts good reviews using the taxi drivers mobile) At 1:30am the hotel staffs started fighting among themselves. The worst room service, no cleanliness
Nice room and services for the price. Hand comfortable stay
Pleasant Stay Despite Initial Hiccups at Hotel Dhaka International, Karol Bagh I recently stayed at Hotel Dhaka International in Karol Bagh, and despite a hiccup with my initial booking being cancelled due to renovations, Pinky, a helpful hotel staff member, managed to secure me a room. The room was neat and tidy, and the bathroom was satisfactory. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Jhandewalen metro station made commuting convenient. While the food was okay, it didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, despite the initial setback, my experience at Hotel Dhaka International was positive, and I would consider staying there again in the future.
While the hotel's exterior exuded a questionable charm reminiscent of a bygone era, the interior was a perplexing blend of outdated decor and questionable cleanliness. The staff's enthusiasm for customer service seemed to have taken a holiday, leaving guests to navigate the labyrinthine hallways alone. The bed, with its mysterious stains, offered an adventure in discomfort, and the view from the window showcased a panorama of urban decay. In summary, a stay at this hotel is like stepping into a time warp of neglect and indifference. The receptionist appeared to have perfected the art of indifference, treating guests as if their mere presence was an inconvenience. Their communication skills were a remarkable display of apathy, and requests were met with a level of enthusiasm usually reserved for mundane paperwork. The manager, who should have been a beacon of problem-solving, seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than addressing concerns. Attempts to resolve issues were met with a dismissive attitude, leaving guests feeling stranded in a sea of incompetence. In essence, the receptionist and manager collectively contributed to an atmosphere of guest neglect and managerial ineptitude.

Being in Hospitality industry they have nothing to do with it. Firstly about the rooms, though the rooms are spacious but not properly cleaned and full of mosquito's. Secondly: The washroom was stinking very badly. Thirdly: Food served was neither tasty nor hygienic. They believe that the some how customer has booked the hotel and now guest is trapped. Anyhow charge them as much as we can, by charging higher for food. Come on guys someone is paying Rs. 3000 for a room and you guys are arguing for Rs. 100 to 200 which was charged higher in the name of breakfast. They literally try to make the customer fool. I have been charged Rs. 506 for 4 Paranthas and 2 Tea which as per menu costs Rs. 260. Upon asking how they said you have taken breakfast for two persons. Our breakfast is Rs. 200 plus taxes for one. Moreover, the locality is also not good being Auto resale market. Very crowdy with almost no parking. It was my first and last booking experience with Dakha International. I personally request not to even think to book room here.
Charged 2000 for a delux room for daytime. Room was big and good but dusty. Seemed like it wasn’t used/cleaned for a few days. Washroom was fine, spacious, had clean towels and soaps etc. Toilet was clean. Overall average space.
The manger at night is him self a worth less person & when it comes to this worest hotel It is one of the worst experience I ever had. The entire toilet system was a failure. Taps Flushes were not working properly. Moreover they even don't have a proper ventilation system for the bathroom so that it's so disgusting. Also, inside the room the walls were too dirty and the air conditioning was not working properly so that it's creating a bad smell inside the room. The beds were also unhygiene
