Customer reviews
I stayed one night to avoid traveling at night. The room was okay. There was no tea kettle. The towels were awful, the bathroom didn't even have a water tap. There were no slippers.
We really liked the hospitality of the hotel, they hosted us well, their services were good, the cleanliness and hygiene were also very nice, we would like to thank the efforts of Ms. Gül, one of your employees. But it would be better if the bathrobe sets were renewed.
We went to relax after paying so much money for a hotel that doesn't even deserve a single star, but the staff doesn't look at us, they object to whatever we say, the rooms are ice cold, the breakfast is never satisfying, the hotel pictures show a jacuzzi but there are no jacuzzis in the rooms, the pictures show a single bed in the rooms for 3 people but there are sofas in the rooms, you can only have water at breakfast and dinner, they come to the table and collect it again, the hotel furniture is ridiculously old, the taps are full of mold, the bathrobes are now as hard as stone from washing, they are so hard that it harms the body, garbage is not collected from the Turkish bath section downstairs in the rooms, the garbage was overflowing, the pool was filthy, my son's feet got infected and developed wounds, what more can I say, our money was wasted, we wanted to leave, they didn't refund, never go
The price is reasonable, the pools are clean, big and spacious, the food is very good. The staff is friendly. I recommend it.
It was very nice, our only disappointment was that there was no pool in the room.
We went there in January 2016, it was a little known hotel within walking distance of Haymananin, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious, the water was hot, it had a jacuzzi in the rooms, I saw that it was recently put up for sale due to foreclosure, I was saddened.
Since we only used the pool, I do not make any other comments. We went early in the winter season, the pool was clean, the hot water was good, the water in the other pool with slides was cold, shocking can be done. However, it is very uncomfortable that there is no door to the pool entrance when you get off the elevators. We hope a door will be installed there :)
The hotel has really excellent service, and the food is wonderful. We especially thank the chef who cooks the food. Health to your hands. I recommend.
Terrible hotel. I have never encountered such a bad hotel in my life. The women's cold pool was filthy, it was neither chlorinated nor circulating, and although we constantly warned and told it, nothing was done. The beds were dirty, our bathrobes were tattered and unfit for wear. Every part of the bathroom in the room was broken and dirty. Dinner was terrible. The breakfasts were also bad, they put the leftover bread from dinner, there was only breakfast food. When we asked if there was anything else, they boiled eggs and brought 5 of them, and they were not cooked. Our bathrobe was stolen while we were in the bath. Such irresponsibility cannot be possible. The staff were indifferent, there were only 4-5 people working. We paid 1200 TL per person for one night, it was not worth the price, in fact, it is a place that you cannot go to even if you pay more. Everyone staying at the hotel was extremely dissatisfied.
We went with my family for a two night stay. The service was terrible, the cold pool was extremely dirty and although we said it was neither chlorinated nor circulated. We asked for paper towels, they said they didn't have them, the bathrobes were too old to even be dusted. The food was sloppy, there was leftover bread at breakfast. They say there are 25 varieties, but there was nothing but breakfast. We also told them about eggs etc. isn't there? They hurriedly boiled 5 eggs and brought them back, but they were not cooked either. They say there is a cafeteria, and it was extremely dirty. When we went the first day, the cups on the table were not taken for two days. No staff checks the floors, especially if something happens to someone in the cafeteria, no one would care. We paid 1200 TL per person for one night, but it is not worth the money. It is not clear who does what at the hotel. The 4-5 people who work already go home after 7pm.
We stayed in this hotel for 3 days, but we were not very satisfied. The hotel is very old and needs to be renovated. Day visitors use the pools very dirty. The bath water was not very hot and the food was not very good. The staff were very friendly and understanding, but we were not satisfied with the hotel.
It was a hotel that you were never satisfied with, everything was mediocre, the rooms were already falling apart, I was afraid to wash my child in the bathroom, it was in a disgusting state, the drains were a hair nest, mold had spilled into the bathtub, we asked for it to be cleaned again, there was no bride, no cleaner. The food variety was very limited, the pools were extremely dirty and it is not a hotel we would stay at again.
First of all, I was a little afraid because of the comments I read here. At the entrance, you are greeted by a magnificent look. There is gold leaf everywhere, of course, the pimapen door made on the stairs between those leaves is smiling. The room was much larger than I expected, the bed was comfortable, the cleaning was a bit of a problem, the hotel was starting to get old, we didn't want to use the jacuzzi in the room, the ceilings were starting to get mouldy, we decided to drink tea, the customer before us had brewed tea in the kettle, so I don't know how humane it is. The pools were nice and secluded. The lack of a changing cabin and a hair dryer is a huge deficiency in my opinion. Coming back to the customers, what was the napkin doing in the cold pool, whoever threw it away. But overall it was clean. Food was my biggest fear, those who went said they couldn't eat it. Dinner was nice. After the soup, there is meat, mushrooms, beans with olive oil, rice, salad, leeks with olive oil, fruit and rice pudding. The beverage issue is problematic, there are always sugary carbonated drinks, I couldn't understand how there is no ayran. Especially when we have an after-hammam ayran culture. Of course, there are not 60 different kinds of breakfast in the morning, but of course you will find something to eat. The tablecloths for the evening were not collected, and it was not nice to use the remaining spoons and forks. At brunch, you can pick up the knife and fork you will use when taking your plate. The high chair we used in the evening was untouched, and we even cleaned it ourselves. In other words, the staff should be trained a little. I only gave one star away for cleanliness. Would I go again? Yes, I would, but staying for a long time might be a problem. It is easier to tolerate some things together during the day.
First of all, the overall cleanliness of the rooms was good. The pools were clean. It would have been better if there was a pool attendant, as many people swim without swimming caps, and after a while, hair starts floating on the surface. The food was good, considering the price we paid. But most importantly, the "rushy waiters" (inexperienced kids) who arrived before we had even finished our food, suddenly dipped their dirty hands into our plates without even asking us. When we said, "I'm not finished yet," they said, "Okay, go ahead," as if nothing had happened, and put our plates back in front of us. By the way, the tea and coffee cafe upstairs was already abysmal in terms of cleanliness. I hope these negative comments are taken into account and their deficiencies are addressed.
They even let in singles for the day in the family atmosphere. There's no security, and these thugs are annoying everyone with their shouting and picking fights with hotel guests, and they can't stop them. We left early because we felt uneasy. Also, the sunbeds are very few and all broken. There are no changing rooms in the locker room. There's no locker system on the locker room lockers. The Turkish bath and the hot spring pool are in the same area, so the pool water is a nice temperature, but the Turkish bath side is cold. The windows are open in the cold pool area. There's no emergency button at the pool entrance.
Pool usage is very good. Spa. Cold pool.. Turkish baths are all together.. get in from there. There is no need to wander around... The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning of the rooms should be more attentive. I couldn't find the hygiene I expected.. There were deficiencies in the room, we had to call and tell them... The food was very good and sufficient.
We went with friends and got prices for a scrub and foam massage. The woman working said oil massage was 250₺ and scrub and foam massage was 150₺. We said okay, we got a receipt for 150₺ there, they charged 200₺ for the scrub (we were two …
The date of stay at the hotel was between 24. - 26.07.2021. I paid 250TL per person per night. For this price, the breakfast provided was unfortunately inadequate. But dinner was good, provided you were there at the buffet opening time. The room I stayed in is No. It was 216 and its condition was not that good as in the photos I presented. I never used the jacuzzi but it looked nice. Unfortunately, the network on the phones was very weak, because the hotel's location was in the stream, so I tried to try the hotel's WiFi, but I could not use it because it barely showed a female in the room. If you have read this far, now comes my personal opinion based on my experience: - The hotel in general needs urgent maintenance. - It is a one-day hotel, so there is no need to stay. - Disconnect from the outside world because the internet connection is almost non-existent. - The hotel has two elevators and they also need maintenance. Since their nodes are touch-sensitive, they do not detect every touch. - Hot water is good, not bad. - Massager İlhan Abi is a noisy person, he scrubs well. - The two girls at the reception, the daughters of the owner of the hotel, are friendly and welcoming. It haunts me, there is a soft drink cabinet at the hotel on the way to the Turkish bath, the energy drink there (an unknown brand) costs 12.5TL, my friend, it's a shame, it's a sin. Thanks for reading!
We had a wonderful time... We were there with our family. The food was delicious, and we received immediate assistance, like a small family hotel. The upper floors are a great place to spend time with the family. The pool and thermal pool are clean and easy to use. The prayer room is in the lobby. There are restrooms in each section. Tea and tea are free. We were told it would be 750 TL per day, but since we arrived during a promotional period, we paid 590 TL per day. The rooms were spacious with large balconies. We hope to return.
We made the mistake of staying in your hotel as two families in separate rooms. We stayed as a couple, but the other family had 2 children. There was no extra bed in the room even though you knew we would come this way. As soon as we entered both rooms, the cold hit our faces, we waited for it to warm up, we were patient, thinking maybe it was lunch time. You told us that you were throwing coal in the evening, but we froze all night long, the room was not heated, I have never seen such a cold hotel in my life. We have also stayed in the other hotels above you. It shouldn't be difficult to ask how they are heated. The children became sick thanks to you. When we told the reception on our way out, we did not get an answer, they received silent looks. I guess the gentleman you put there in the summary of your hotel does not like to use words. The place to eat is cold, the only warm place is the cafeteria. Underfloor heating does not heat your hotel. If you are going to consider making changes and installing air conditioning or a heater when you have no customers left. The pools are beautiful. Dinner is normal, breakfast is nice. I can't say the same for the room, the floors can only be this dirty, either your hotel doesn't have a vacuum cleaner or the friend involved didn't bother to clean it. You started with good intentions but you're not getting any better. Others have also written about it being cold before. The answer that some customers were opening windows is an absolute lie. It feels cold outside when you leave the thermal bath, but your room is freezing cold, we are all young people, we can understand, don't mislead people.
We generally decide on places based on these kinds of comments, or information gathered from experienced travelers. I stayed with my mother for two nights on July 15th. My review reflects the great effort they put into ensuring customer satisfaction. The staff is friendly, no question goes unanswered, and they mention cleanliness. I've never seen a place this meticulous. Anyone who claims otherwise has their own agenda. I don't always buy cleaning supplies because they're so expensive. The Turkish bath and pool are my absolute favorite, offering everything from hot to cold, and from cold to hot. The included buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious and excellent. I especially admired Barış Bey, Şeyma Hanım, Tuğba Hanım in the Turkish bath, the ladies in the hallways who always smile with their eyes, taking care of guests' towels and sheets, and those cheerful, energetic friends who always keep us supplied with tea. Thank you all, you are my go-to place. I'm so happy anyone can help me out.
The rooms are good, but if they are not maintained, there will be problems. The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful, both the thermal and other pools are of sufficient size, and the quality and variety of food is also good. It was our fifth visit, we were satisfied and we thank them.
This hotel is, in a word, a disgrace. The pools are filthy, the rooms are not clean. The jacuzzis don't work. The breakfast and dinner are a complete disgrace. Breakfast is all cheese, olives, and boiled eggs. In the evening, despite being …
First of all, I write right after I get out of the bath. First of all, I would like to talk about the bathhouse. There was moss in the men's bath, which could be cleaned. 1. The rooms were not clean. The hotel fails in terms of cleanliness. The jacuzzis in the 2nd rooms were broken 3. The food was good and varied. 4. The employees were nice and caring, thank you to all of them. 5. swimming pool was very good we really liked it there. 6. There was no meal at lunch, which made it a bit difficult for us. If you are coming, you will pay for lunch, not from the hotel. 7. Drinks in the canteen were not subject to a charge, we paid a high bill even though we did not drink much.
I didn't give one star for cleanliness, there was no perfect cleanliness, there was only average cleanliness, apart from that, the atmosphere was nice, it was spacious, there was a playground for the children, which was very good. The meals were delicious and plentiful: breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. The thermal waters were not too hot and children could enter very easily. It was also very good that men and women were separated. The employees were very friendly and attentive. If your room is at the back of the hotel, you can witness a beautiful sunset.
Hello, first of all, the food was very good, we had no problems with the accommodation and we enjoyed our 3 days as a family. The pools were very nice. There is a cafeteria on the top floor. Drinks such as tea, salep, lezo, oralet were free, okey etc. games were available. I am satisfied, I recommend it. Have a nice day.
We were pleased with the hotel. The employees were very nice, thank you very much to all of them. I deducted 1 star from 3 incidents 1 men's pool section track needs to be cleaned 2. Jacuzzis are broken 3. no lunch break The rooms were nice, the food was diverse, as I said, if these 3 issues are improved, it would be a very nice hotel. The pool and bath were number 10. Thank you very much for your efforts.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet, with a balcony and a beautiful view and breeze. The staff is friendly and willing to help, but they lack the resources. Regarding their criticisms: no parking, no valet, no slippers in the rooms, no shampoo, no chairs, no room service, no staff at the pool, no showers, inadequate toilets, and most importantly, no hot water at the hotel except for the pool. There's no cafeteria, no service, no choice, no internet reception, no satellite channels, no refrigerator, and the reception is very busy; if you call within two hours, they might be able to help. If these aren't important, a wonderful spa experience awaits you. I didn't bother, just used it like a spacious guesthouse, went out for a Turkish bath and dinner. I had a wonderful day. Have fun.
We have just left the hotel as a family. We left the Ravza hotel, which we entered with many question marks, very happy. Everywhere is spotless, I hope we find it the same way next time we come. The food is extremely satisfying and delicious, and most importantly, it is a clean environment. You can come with your family with peace of mind.
We stayed two days and had been here before and were happy with it. However, the hotel was very cold the first day, thankfully the weather cleared up the next day, and we warmed up a bit. On the last day, they removed the open buffet for dinner. The breakfast was the same, I guess because there weren't many of us, but we're paying for what this hotel offers. Even if there were only a few people, it wouldn't be right to restrict these options. Self-service was provided, but we asked the staff to reschedule, which wasn't pleasant. In addition, there was damage to parts of the hotel, such as the ceiling. Other than that, the thermal pool is very nice, and the rooms are okay. The price is expensive for the current time period.
