I stayed here for almost a month and the staff were nothing but accommodating. The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the MTK/Dalai Lama temple and has plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from. Honestly, I could not have picked a better place to have stayed in.

I really enjoyed staying here on one hand close to market but on a quiet street so more relaxed the staff was great and helpful I felt safe as a lady traveling alone and my view from room was great always clean sheets and hot water for tea and shower.I highly recommend.

The rooms were big and spacious but the service was terrible. We were given accommodation right next to the pantry/kitchen which was too disturbing. Had to plead the receptionist to change our rooms. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the rooms weren't even clean when we shifted. Had to ask the help constantly to clean room and get basic amenities like toilet paper and towels. We stayed at the same hotel in 2019 when it was newly constituted I guess, based on that we booked it again. Sorry to say that the place has lost it's charm, despite being at a beautiful location and having spacious rooms, the service ruined the whole experience.
Worst hotel. Toilet seat coming out and toilet were dirty. They charged us 1500rs per room. There were no towel or water in the room plus room were stinking. Blanket were full of dust and we heard some weird noise in the room. Not sure if this hotel is haunted but thw vibe in the room was scary. Not recommended to anyone. Manager was least bother to ask for feedback since he knew bout the hotel condition and it's service.

Only one staff who's a cook a cleaner a manager a receptonist... Will not recommend this hotel to anyone... Oyo site showed a complimentary breakfast but owners said nothing complimentary... It's on steep and on 3 feet wide road.. Rooms are dirty with foul smell toilets r also not clean and once u check in nobody bothers to ask for room cleaning services.. Very bad experience.. Owner also didn't pay attention.. Even he told me that the agreement with oyo is over then why oyo is taking interest for booking this property.. Even pics are also not matching with the actual hotel rooms.. No body ask u about RT PCR or vaccination... Wat the hell... It's a one star rating but this property didn't deserve a piece of this star....
