This is the 1st time staying here, I was very pleased. I was a little worried when first pulling in but the registration people were great. My room was very nice comfortable and spacious. Location was good also. I will use this place when going to Portland or even my trips to the beach so glad we found it. Oh and the price is pretty good also❣️😊

Stopped in for one night while on a motorcycle trip across Canada and the states. Room was really large, well decorated and very clean. The lady on the desk was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the budget inn. to anyone. Wish all the hotels we had stayed in were as nice as this one.
My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. The location is very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The management were very helpful and accommodating and the room clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
It's a nice get away for a good price. It's very neat and clean! The man at the window was very polite and courteous as he showed me to my room. There's a laundry room and a small room where an ice machine and soda machine are. Restaurants, gas stations, ice cream supermarkets and Walmart are all nearby with a 10 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic.
Only complaint was there wasn't enough pillows and the ones there (3) were so soft and 3 pillows for 2 people pretty much wasn't ok.
This place is extremely convenient! It's close to everything and you cant beat the price around here! The rooms are a great size, free wifi, direct TV, laundry facility, and something that is a huge deal to me, an iron and ironing board! Its quiet and the beds are comfortable. Thank you for the stay!
Very clean place, better than some "three/four-star" hotel around there due to covid-19 and the havoc it is wreaking on society, and humanity too. The owners are very kind and courteous, plus you can't go wrong with the price either, it's a steal . Now, some of the people that do happen to stay there, unfortunately; could be a bit annoying, to say the least.
Service her is horrible!!! When we got here we had to call someone to check in... then waited and hour to be able to check out. No one at the front desk. Our towels were stained only one clean looking one. Room was clean. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
It was a pretty big, pretty clean, quiet room, with a good size bathroom with a tub & shower. Very close to stores, restaurants & the Maine Mall, very close to the Maine turnpike. Cable and wi-fi & reasonably prices. I think they even had weekly rates. We only stayed a night after running outta oil. And they were one of the only places open late & willing to take us on such a short notice. We had to travel 30 minutes because no where in our area was open or willing to take us with less than 24 hours notice. It was horrible- especially with a toddler but he had a blast once we made it to the room
It was far too expensive for what it was. Smelled like a porta-potty, there was a wine stain on the sheets, the linens all felt sticky or damp, and the wifi did not work well. If this was a $60/night place I wouldn't complain but at twice the price it was simply disappointing.
Reasonably priced rooms, and great management! Could use some stronger headboards. 😉 But definitely a clean place and spacious rooms, each with its own door to outside. …

I don't know what happened last night. But being woken up to guests fighting and police is unacceptable. I was not able to sleep and left the hotel at 341am because of this. I expect a refund.
Short stay waiting for early flight at jetpprt. Room was clean staff seemed a little moody with me. Checking in late.
And look at the owners response to my 1 star for not good service... so the owner cant make it a pleasant experience either... Hey owner enjoy my money and gain some people skills!!!
