Very friendly and well responding staffs especially the receptionist miss sabita and Mr Firoz. Behaviour of all other staffs member is also very praiseworthy.Overall a very good experience.
Very bad service and no respect to any people.we ordered breakfast from 7.30am from morning but till 10.30 is not any response.think about it.how they care customer.there is a girl in reception.she is also .not good place
It is a very good place at the centre of the town. Well connected to nearby areas however the parking space is limited.

The room was little bit congested but acceptable as it was because of the bigger bed provided there. The fitted TV has only few channel that can be watched and the rest of them need to recharge but it doesn't really matter to me. Washroom also quite nice and geyser was also fitted. I am fully satisfied and happy with the room services but It will be better if Towel and shampoo were also given along with the soap and hair oil(I got towel after 1/2 day). Overall it's 4/5. I had booked my room on an buisness trip. Did not find as per the uploaded photograph. Very poor rooms. The first one was laden with bed bugs. When I complained they gave me another room. This room was smaller, and disfigured wall. Bathroom was very small, smelling and tap water leakages. If you use basin your feet will become wet as the drain pipe is left on floor. Curtains are old, with stench smell. I would not recommend this hotel, some how i feel do not get fooled from MMT reviews. Associated restaurant was good. Food was good and tasty. Price was reasonable. All employees were courteous. Location is not that great. I stayed in room no 502.
The rooms are good but a little bit small. Location is great as we can commute to this place from railway station as well as a bus stand so easily by auto and any public transport. The premises is so good the staffs behaviour is good also. Inside this drool restaurant is available which is providing good food for affordable price but the qty is a bit less.
Pros This hotel is really good. It is new, thus the rooms are cleaner and spotless. Customer service is also good. They bring whatever you need. Cons Ordering food from the hotel menu is not worth it. Portion sizes are very small compared to the price we are paying. Was served cold, state chapatti at night, that was disturbing and not expected. Our room did not have inverter connection, so, had to remain without electricity while there was a local power outage. Final verdict Go for Lodging and not fooding
Walkable Distance from Railway station as Well From The University, Food around the area is Quite well as just Around 200 meters you will find Food Court kinda Place. Rooms Are Pretty well Maintained, As well as the Customer Service Is Maintained professionally with Good Service. My one Day Stay was Quiet satisfying. I would Recommend this Place For any one.

It’s right near the railway station, about the rooms and everything was good but I would like to highlight the main part here. Honestly I was very disappointed with local people their because they were rude and didn’t help us for some photo thing but I cannot express how good this hotel staff and their owner was. He literally helped me to get my thing which I needed for my next day exam. He assured me that he will get it at any cost for me and he left for that thing at 10:30 at night. He was such a gentleman, he brought my thing at 11:30 even after me being a stranger. I am so much grateful to this person. Thank you to each one of the staffs and to those three Angels who helped us. Thank you so much. I will recommend all of you to visit here. They are best people I met so far in entire Cuttack.
The location is good in the midst of the town. The rooms were good but small and cleanliness is the part which they should look up to. There were open dustbins in the rooms. Apart from that the food was good at an affordable price.
Not good for corporate customer they want Daily Payment or dont have kitchen service. Not accpet partial pay in 3 or 4 part for Corporate Booking or Treat Corporate as Solo visitor because of old bad customer experience they treat everyone as same , not good service of room totally focus on earning not to serve customer.

I stayed there for 2 days. Room size is good. Attention towards guests is very poor. Cleanliness of room and toilets are pathetic. Asked for change of dirty doormat as it was wet, didn't receive during entire stay. Daily room cleaning doesn't happen. Reception staffs are confused about hotel policy, they regret room service as because they have banquet party so inadequate staffing. Menu is confusing, they mean fish fry (listed in menu) as normal fish fried in oil. Food taste is ok. Overall experience is bad.
I had booked this hotel on 15 January 2024... but it was so dirty that I had to step out in 1 day instead of 3 days... no one cleaned the bedsheets... no one cleaned the floor... no one was dusting the room. Please don't come to waste money...
We visited this hotel last Monday, The receptionist and other staff are very helpful. The room was very clean. Cuttack railway station is maximum 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Overall services are very good.
Most 3 class hotel. 1.No mataynance. 2.Not clean. 3.A.C is not proper working. 4.In a.c room no hot water facility if any one ask then no responce from staff. 5.Food quality is poor. 6.Basic faculty is Zero. 7.Thay do not clean the room dally 8.If you ask for a bucket then they reply no extra bucket we have. 9.Dirty Water also 10.Diryu Buckets Faltu Hotel in Cuttack. They behave like you are living there but without rent means free. Do not go to stay in the hotel. Before 3 years the Hotel is little good but now bellow Bellow to 1 star. VERY Very DURTY HOTEL. (Only Room service Boy and spl. Guard is very Good.)
From outside it's well and good but the rooms are not upto mark. Positive: Good service, convenient location, clean room and bathroom, availability of paid(mineral)/unpaid(kent) water. Negative: Fan is slow, rooms are small and feels claustrophobic, no floor mat outside bathroom, no window, over priced.
A very pleasant environment. Easily noticeable from traffic. Very near to railway station. Staffs are helpful. Food is awesome. There is a cinema hall near the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. You can visit here with your friends and family. Nice stay.
Best & most affordable place for any get together functions & parties..! But only problem is they operate the music system from one place . So ya thats the only problem we had they don't have any separate music system so you can't play own selected music. So before booking must discuss about that .
It was my first experience staying in this particular hotel and I loved my stay. It was spectacular. Hotel staff were very humble and cooperative. And the services were good. Definitely gonna stay in here when next time I cuttack.
Love the hotel so much. Really a lovely one because its near to the Badambadi bus stop. Here u got all types of room according to budget. Minimum rent is for 2beded room for 24hr is 500rupees. Well maintained nice rooms bt the bedding and blanket should be changed. Room service are also available. Landline is not working
The location and wifi connection is superb . The room and toilets were not cleaned till 9:30PM check in . Suggestion to management - Change the lock of room 206 so that customers can have one key with them . It's annoying to ask staff to open the room everytime . Sometimes they will argue who will open the room while the customer is waiting for the room to be opened . The master card/key for electricity connection Is loose and every time need to refit the card to get electricity.
Room size is too small, so as the wash room. The closets are unclean. Conditions of Walls & doors are so so. I booked two separate rooms for male & female co-tourists through mmt but the receptionist don't even know the process & demanded money and said it is not allowed. Lastly we have to raise our voice to make her understand!
