Beware, this place is a scam. We booked this hotel stay by looking at the reviews as it had 4.3 stars. Multiple staffs from the stay called us and told us to pay an advance of rs 1000. After paying the advance we reached the hotel to check in. They got our details and showed us a room which were filthy, dirty, AC were not working. After complaining, they showed us a new room but that room was also dirty, bed and bedsheets had stain, bathrooms were dirty with urine stains. Later we decided not to stay at this place because it was too dirty and filthy. When asked to refund our advance, they showed us hotel refused to refund the advance amount. No human being could stay in such a dirty hotel for 5500Rs a night. This place is bull shit with more than 10 stray dogs roaming inside the property. All the 5 star reviews must be fake, so please don’t waste your money here
Rooms are good. Did not enjoy their services. Was charged a bit higher than usual. Had to inform several times that the payment was made in advance, had to ask for room essential more than once and documents had to be shared more than once. Overall, I would not go there again due their poor service after charging a hefty sum.
This hotel was very bad. The service was also bad. When I tried to book the hotel multiple people contacted me from different numbers. The price offered differed and were not transparent. The rooms were dirty, AC's not working. They got us 1000rs in advance but refused to refund the amount because we refused to stay at the hotel. The reason we refused to stay at the hotel was because it was dirty, stinking and acs not working. I am not sure how they have 4.3 stars rating. Not sure if the reviews are genuine. If you look at the 5 star reviewers, most of them have reviewed only this property with no other reviews. This place is bullshit and a scam
Had very bad experience. They collect full amount before a month and they dont bother our request.Booked for my son's wedding. Room , bed and bath room were very dirty and had a foul smell. My relatives were allocated rooms due to the very bad room condition they checked out with out informing us. We felt very bad.
Don't go by the reviews here. The hotel is in absolute tatters. Bedsheets torn, rusty pipes, broken doors etc. For the price they charge you expect it to be a lot more but they failed even in the basic. The location is also a little away from the main road into a secluded area with nothing much around other than stray dogs.
Nice and good place to stay..family and friends can stay without any problem...room was clean and the staff(Gayathri madam) was very friendly..if your are visiting Coimbatore try Athithi inn..😃

"We had an amazing stay at the property. Our group of five people spent one night in two rooms, which felt like an apartment. The accommodation included two double bedrooms, a spacious hall with a sofa set and dining table shared by both rooms. An extra bed was provided at a reasonable additional cost. However, it would be even more convenient if they offered debit/credit card swipe facilities, in addition to the QR code scan payment option, which was unavailable to us."

We recently stayed at athithi inn for two nights, booking three rooms and requesting early check-in since we traveled overnight. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we were informed that only one room was available despite our early check-in request. We were told the remaining two rooms would be ready by noon. This resulted in all of us waiting in a single room, with some colleagues having to sleep on the sofa due to exhaustion. When we followed up after 1 PM, only then were we provided the additional rooms. The delay and lack of communication were disappointing, and the overall service fell short of our expectations. While the hotel itself has potential, the handling of our check-in was poor and added unnecessary stress to our stay.
Although others have rated this high, our experience wasn't that great. This is a standalone building away from the city, location is not that great, but rated high on makemytrip and Google. Lobby is very small and can't host many guests at the same time, parking is also small one. For our stay, we didn't have hot water until afternoon, after complaining multiple times. We booked and paid for 3 per room, but the extra bed was charged extra. Bathroom didn't have soap/shampoo and we had to ask for a refill. No food options unless you order online Positives are good spacious bathroom and cost effective stay. The caretaker is a good man, very helpful and we found him feeding stray animals like dogs/cows regularly Overall this is a nice hotel for short 1-2 or 3 days of stay
The location and size of the apartment is good. But don't expect the following 1. Kitchen - They charge you but don't provide anything clean 2. Washer - They charge you but don't provide until you demand 3. Rest rooms - They won't be clean and they don't provide mats 4. Pillows and Bedspread - Unwashed and not clean. Despite all of these they are in good location and bigger rooms. Hope they will look at this feedback to improve

The rooms are clean and AC is working fine . In Restrooms are clean too.enough water supply. Karthik is so helpful to choose the room in this hotel and also compared to other hotels the rates also less. The prozone mall is near by. We planned to stay 2 days. But extended 2 more days here.
I stayed with my friends here recently. Rooms are neat and clean. They didn't provide a complementary bath & dental kit. Less parking space.
Worse experience,I called twice to ask some questions,the service line ,pick up the call talk for few minutes , without answering my questions and just cut the call
Not sure how this place gets a high rating. In my view this is an average place to stay in if you are tight on budget. The rooms are clean, in apartment style. No food options avaialble, you have to use zomato/swiggy. The service is very average. A small place to park 2-3 vehicles. Location is far from almost about everything you need.
We stayed there for 5 days. And it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean and service was top class. Karthik, the manager, and Robert spare no efforts to look after their guests. Highly recommend the place.

The rooms are great and the location is good as well. Everything will be within 30 min drive. They are a pet friendly hotel. Had a great stay for 3 nights there. Zomato, swiggy and other delivery services are available. If there is any concern they will address it.

This is an apartment style rooms with common halls. The rooms were a tight space and regular beds and pillows. The bathrooms were without bells and whistles but very spacious. We were not getting hot water at 6 am. They just provided a couple of small soaps and 1 towel per room. The approach roads are not welcoming but it is in a quite spot so night travellers have to account for the dark streets around. The Malls and main roads are 5 mins drive away so if you have cars it is easy. They just have 4 to 5 spots for parking and roadside parking is possible. They kept saying all rooms are booked by foreigners, but i couldnt see a soul during my short stay. Just one reception guy in night and the place darked out at 1 am when we reached.
Excellent hotel with excellent location ,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff's , Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! The breakfast offered is also tasty. Staff are polite and helpful. The wifi offered might not be very strong in signal or you'll face frequent disconnectionLast week we visited coimbatore for my family trip. This was one of the best hotel I stayed in coimbatore, good hospitality, good ratings, cleanly rooms, clean bed sheets and duedts. Staff can speak both Tamil and English. Over all great experience, really enjoyed staying here and will recommend for everyon. Do not go to the other hotels near by Athithi inn by omatra. Stayed 2 nights for business. About a min drive from main road. So was very quiet. Good parking. Made use of Swiggy, Zomato delivery from nearby Prozone mall. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Premises is also well kept. Staff is down to earth.
Very well maintained beautiful property. Good for family stay. Polite and caring staff. Staffs are so supportive and helpful. Happy to staying...
